I speak to veteran groups, book clubs, and community audiences about my memoir, Jasmine in the Wind — and about growing up as a child in war-torn Vietnam.

My talks are heartfelt and deeply personal, focusing on memory, resilience, and the invisible bridges between people who once stood on opposite sides of history.

In April 2025, I’ll be speaking at the Vietnam Veterans of America – Sierra Vista Chapter, where I’ll share my story, read passages from my book, and introduce the song “Your Face”, written by Mark Elliott and Vietnam veteran Gary Lord.

I welcome opportunities to speak at future events — whether for veterans, educators, or communities looking to connect through story.
